Together For Texas

By: Anonymous

It's amazing to see what can happen when people of faith come together to help others. This week, we've seen families who have lost homes, loved ones, and more from the flooding in Texas. There are many things I haven't thanked God for in a while, and being able to see all the colors he's created, is one of them.

This video has recently been going around. This grandfather has been color blind his entire life. But for his birthday his family surprised him with a special pair of glasses that allowed him to see color for the first time. His reaction is priceless. It made me think of all the "little" things we forget to say thank you for. We have so much that sometimes we can get comfortable with all of our blessings and take them for granted.
