September 16, 2019 People’s Baptist Church (PBC) recognizes Dr. Kent Ramler’s 10 years of pastoral ministry at PBC Frederick, Maryland – PBC will celebrate the 10 year service anniversary for Dr. and Mrs. Kent Ramler on September 29, 2019. During the morning service Dr. Ramler will present details of the upcoming missions trip he and his wife Joy will be taking in January 2020. They plan to visit missionaries the church supports in Papua New Guinea, New Zealand and Japan. Every day, thousands of individuals in Maryland struggle to make ends meet; let alone afford to get their eyes checked or teeth fixed. The Washington Ghanaian Seventh-Day Adventist Church (WGSDAC) in collaboration with the Adventist Medical Evangelism Network (AMEN) intends to give these individuals the opportunity to get access to the care they need for free on September 29, 2019 from 8 am – 4 pm, at 6080 Foreland Garth, Columbia MD 21045. This clinic will provide free medical, dental and vision services to the uninsured and the under-insured in our community. The medical clinic will provide health screenings including but not limited to hepatitis B&C, glucose and cholesterol, prostate cancer screening, health education information and counselling. The dental services include free cleaning, filling and extraction, while the vision services provide free eye examination and prescription glasses. IMPORTANT: VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! Domestic Violence March and Vigil

We must let our voices be heard; we must gather together and rally at the Washington Capitol and walk to the MLK Memorial. Help us make our voices be heard as a tide for freedom for so many survivors suffering through Domestic Violence, Child abuse, sex trafficking, rape, molestation and much more voices are heard. Let's draw a CHANGE FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. WEAR PURPLE ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2019. Come to show support and love to our speakers, survivors and influential leaders; then march with us to be a VOICE FOR CHANGE IN OUR NATION. We begin at the Capitol Grounds at 9:30 am thru 11:30 am then we march to MLK Memorial. Let's come from all across the DC, Maryland, and VA areas to show support and remember our survivors.
