Eating healthy isn't always easy during the holidays. The American Heart Association has put together a great guide to help you stay on track.
If eggnog is your downfall, the AMA suggests you dilute it with skim milk: "Fill your glass with half- to three-quarter-parts of low-fat or skim milk and one part eggnog. You’ll still get the flavor without all the calories."
