It was Blanca² on Tuesday! We were graced by recording artist Blanca formerly of Group 1 Crew, as she stopped by the studios to celebrate the release of her debut album with Jerry & Blanca from the morning show! The first single off the album is called "Who I Am" so Jerry & Blanca decided to have a little fun getting to know who she is with a little game of  "2 Minute Drill." We went to a local gym, set the timer, and the answers in the heat of the moment had us rolling. Check it out below...

  Blanca is also a huge advocate for helping girls discover their true beauty. She recently challenged some other female recording artists like Britt Nicole to spread "positivity" and authenticity with the #RealTrueYouChallenge. She said growing up, she hated her hair, and would ask her mom to put a relaxer in it or go get it straightened. But as she got older she realized that her hair is what made her unique--that it was "the real, true me." When she learned to embrace it, she felt a whole new sense of confidence from within, as she learned to love who God made her to be.
