DMV Covid-19 Vaccine Updates

Maryland: Governor Hogan says starting today anyone 16 or older is eligible to get the vaccine at a mass vaccination site. Also FEMA will open acommunity vaccination center today at Greenbelt Metro Station. Residents must have an appointment. You may pre-register online at covid-vax-dot-Maryland-dot-gov or call 1-855-634-6829. 


Virginia: Governor Ralph Northam says several health districts have already expanded vaccinations to all adults.  You can find out if your local health department has done so by visiting v-d-h-dot-virginia-dot-gov.  Virginia will expand eligibility for the vaccine by April 18th.


D.C.: All residents over the age of 16 will be eligible on April 19th.  Everyone is encouraged to pre-register at vaccinate-dot-dc-dot-gov or by calling 1-855-363-0333. Mayor Muriel Bowser is calling on the people of D.C. to help one-another get vaccinated.  The Mayor has organized the 'DC COVID-19 Community Corps Day of Action' where volunteers will go door-to-door on a mission to pre-register folks for the vaccine.  All of the action goes down on May 1st, and there are three separate time slots to participate.  To join in on the initiative, visit www.servedc.galaxydigital.com
