There's only one place where you can see Skylab, a piece of the moon, the Hubble Telescope, and some of America's earliest airplanes.  It's the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum on the National Mall.  And if you want to see these things, this weekend is the last time you can see them for a very long time.  That's because the Air and Space Museum is about to close for renovations.  That construction will continue through fall of this year, so it's likely you won't be able to go back until 2023.   Admission is free.  No tickets are required, and the museum is open through this Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  Read about what exhibits are open and get more details here.

The Maryland Polar Bear Plunge is open to the general public tomorrow. It's usually in January but this year it was pushed back to this week. The event benefits Maryland's Special Olympics which includes over 6 thousand athletes and is at Sandy Point State Park in Annapolis. It started earlier this week but the general public can take the plunge tomorrow. There are virtual options available, click here for more information.
