This Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 7pm is the 50th Annual Fiesta DC! It includes lots of entertainment and food from a wide variety of Latino cultures. Along with all the fun there's going to be a parade that starts at Constitution Ave and 7th Street that proceeds east to 14th Street in front of the Smithsonian National Museum of American History.

DC Theatre Week - Theatre lovers can treat themselves during this fall’s “Theatre Week.” Over 20 different shows are offering tickets for either $22, $33, or $44. Theater week is actually 18 days long from now through October 9th. A variety of shows are included like “Dear Evan Hansen” at the Kennedy Center, “The Color Purple” at Signature Theater. Theatre week kicks off with a free event at Arena Stage tomorrow at 11 a.m. featuring performances, panel discussions, and workshops. Then, head on over to The Wharf from 4:00 to 6:00 where local musical theater actors and actresses will put on a concert. There’s even a free weekend bike ride from the Keegan Theatre to the Reach at the Kennedy Center, with stops at other theaters along the way. Get all the goods on theatre week here at this link.
