We may only be a month into spring, but it sure feels like summer. And summer means outdoors movies in the DMV.  DC’s Union Market kicks off their drive-in movie series tonight at dusk.  They’ll be doing the third Friday of the month through July 21st.  Tonight, the feature is “A League of Her Own.”  It’s a true story featuring one of the first professional women’s baseball teams and it stars Tom Hanks, Geena Davis, Madonna and others.  And it may be the best movie food you’ve ever had as the Union Market food hall will be open and featuring everything from fresh baked pastries to cuisine from around the world and my favorite, homemade ice cream.  It’s $20.00 to park your car, but if you walk in with your lawn chair, it’s free.  Get all the details and tickets at this link.
