Annapolis St. Patrick’s Day Parade

If you’re Irish, or you’d like to pretend to be, you can get an early start on St. Patrick’s Day in Annapolis this weekend.  They have festivities around the city dock all weekend, but the highlight is their St. Patrick’s Day Parade (not on St. Patrick’s Day) on Sunday at 1:00 p.m.  The parade features bands, bagpipers, floats, and lots of fun.  It will last two hours.  After the parade marches throw downtown Annapolis head on over to city dock for food, games, and Irish music at Shamrock the Dock.  There’s even a band coming all the way from Ireland to be a part of the fun.  The parade and admission to Shamrock the Dock are all free.  Learn more here.
