White House Garden Tours

Washington, D.C. is blooming all over the place!  On top of the cherry blossoms at the Tidal Basin there are beautiful gardens all over our city.  But few are as famous as the White House Gardens.  For two days every spring the White House Gardens are open to the public.  Those two days are this Saturday and Sunday.  You can tour the famous White House Rose Garden, the Jacqueline Kennedy Garden, and Michelle Obama’s White House Kitchen Garden, as well as all of the ornamental and ceremonial trees planted on the grounds.  Free, timed-admission tickets are given out from the White House Visitor Center on a first come first serve basis.  Tours are Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Get more information here.
