Health Minute: Candy Time
Patricia Hertz, dietitian with Cardiac Rehabilitation at Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center, shares with us ways to not go candy crazy this season!
1. Brush after eating candy.
2. Limit candy consumption to 1 or 2 pieces a day.
3. Don't leave the candy out in the open. Put it away.
4. Even freeze some of the candy so it can last longer.
