Fit2Go has a fun routine they call the P.A.U.L. (plyometrics, abs, upper body and lower body) and you only need to do it for ten minutes a day to work. It’s easy to fit into a busy schedule and parents can even do it with their kids,” said Dani Singer, Fit2Go Personal Training founder. He added, “We also have other tips and nutritional information that we share each week so users can find information for their specific interest.”
Here is how P.A.U.L. Works:
Step One: Choose one exercise for each of the following 4 categories:
- P: Plyometric cardio (e.g. Jumping Jacks, Jogging in place)
- A: Abs (e.g. Plank, Crunches)
- U: Upper Body (e.g. Push Ups, Curls with weights)
- L: Lower Body (e.g. Squats, Lunges)
Step Two: Set a timer to beep every 30 seconds, or use an online interval timer.
Step Three: Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, switching every time you hear the timer beep.
Step Four: After performing all four exercises, rest 30 seconds and start again. Continue with this circuit until you’ve reached 10 minutes.
Step Five: Shower, give yourself a pat on the back, and go deal with your day!
